Jennifer McLellan MA FCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people operations and human resources management. Currently serving as the People Operations Director at PIB Group, Jennifer has held several key roles, including Group Head of HR Operations & Reward and Head of HR Services. Prior experience includes HR Operations Manager at Tunstall Healthcare and various positions at Tunstall Healthcare (UK), SNO!zone, and RAFA. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Enterprise with a specialization in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Central Lancashire.
