Richard Kirby serves as the Group Chief Transformation & Integration Officer at PIB Group, bringing extensive experience in leadership roles within the private equity space and operational services. Previously, Richard held the position of Partner and Head of Value Creation Partners at LDC, where strategic investment expertise was utilized. Richard also has a background in IT, Operations, and Transaction Services at Ernst & Young, as well as serving as the Chief Information Officer for Marsh Global Broking & Insurance, further solidifying a strong foundation in driving organizational change and integration.
