Rob Hughes currently serves as the Head of Product Development at PIB Group since February 2023 and has been the Managing Director at PIB Insurance Brokers since April 2020. Previously, Rob held the position of Group Trading Director at Lorica Insurance Brokers from January 2010 to April 2020, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining profitable insurer relationships. Additional experience includes roles as SME Broking Director and Group Trading Director at Towergate ghbc from July 2006 to September 2009. Rob Hughes completed 'A' levels in Economics, History, and World Politics at Luton Sixth Form from 1984 to 1987.
