130 years of French haute cuisine and hospitality. A lineage of restaurateurs! A family of chefs who have left their mark on the history of French gastronomy for several generations. It all began with Sophie, the great-grandmother, when she opened her restaurant l'Auberge du Pin on the road to Saint-Péray... Her son André Pic succeeded her in the 1920s, and in 1936 moved along the N7 to Valence at 285 avenue Victor Hugo, where Maison Pic is still located today. His son Jacques Pic took over in 1956. He died suddenly, and in 1997, Anne-Sophie took over as head chef. Ten years later, she was awarded her third star. Together with her husband David Sinapian, they have developed the group in a spirit of sharing and openness, consistency and respect for the values they uphold. Two complementary personalities, the creative one and the manager, who share a vision of gastronomy, the restaurant experience and creativity. The group has developed in a controlled manner, with a constant focus on excellence. In 2009, Anne-Sophie Pic opened the Pic restaurant at the Beau-Rivage Palace (2 ⭐⭐ Michelin) in Lausanne on the shores of Lake Geneva, which reopened in September 2024 after several months of renovation, in a new setting completely redesigned by architect Tristan Auer. In 2010, a new Parisian address was born with the restaurant La Dame de Pic Paris (1 ⭐ Michelin) located near the Louvre and the Bourse Pinault-Collection. Six years later, in 2016, Bistrot André opened in Valence, a tribute to Anne-Sophie Pic's grandfather where guests enjoy convivial cuisine rich in stories. 2017 sees further international exploration with the opening of La Dame de Pic London (2 ⭐⭐ Michelin). This is followed in 2023 by the opening of the Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic (1 ⭐ Michelin) on Asian soil in Hong Kong, then in 2024 a new setting in Dubai with La Dame de Pic Dubaï (1 ⭐ Michelin).
