Aleksandr Venglovskyi has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Aleksandr is currently the Regional Supply Chain Director at Pig Improvement Company (PIC) - North America, where they manage the Supply Chain department in Asia and oversees production and logistics. Prior to this, they were the Deputy General Director and Project Lead at Rusagro, where they played a key role in the construction of a large-scale pork production enterprise in China. Aleksandr also served as the Production Director at Viet Thang Feed Joint Stock Company and as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Mauntex Agro. Earlier in their career, they worked at Cherkizovo Group in various roles, including Head of the Feed Production Department, Executive Director, and Production Manager. Aleksandr started their career as a Herdsman at Spring Brook Farm, LLC and Fleming Kruse's Farm.

Aleksandr Venglovskyi completed their Master's degree in Animal Sciences at the State Academy of Agriculture and Ecology of Ukraine, Zhytomyr from 1995 to 2000. Later, in 2013, they took a course in Team Management at Best T&D Group. In 2011, they completed a course in Feed Manufacturing Technology at North Carolina State University and another course in Modern Technology and HR Management in Pig Production at Sus Skrofa. Additionally, in 2004 and 2005, they attended a course on International Dairy Farm Training Program at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
