With a strong background in technology and business transformation, Bobby has proven to be a strategic and results-driven professional. As the current Managing Director and CEO of PICA Group, Bobby oversees a wide range of property management services. Prior to PICA Group, Bobby served as the CEO of CHU Underwriting Agencies Pty Ltd, leading its digital and cultural transformation. Bobby's extensive experience also includes executive roles at Zurich Insurance, Multiplex Group, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Lehman Brothers. Bobby obtained a Graduate Degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2013.
