Richard Shevelow

Richard Shevelow is an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer, serving as Owner and CEO of PICA Manufacturing Solutions and PICA Product Development since June 1994. Richard has successfully managed the evolution of PICA, which began as a sales representative and technical consulting firm, PICA Sales and Engineering, before transitioning to its current manufacturing and product development focus. In addition to leadership at PICA, Richard founded Skyhawk in May 2017, further expanding their entrepreneurial ventures. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron, earned between 1978 and 1984.
