Amanda Ng currently serves as an Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024 and has been with The Walt Disney Company since March 2019 in multiple roles. As the Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator, Amanda oversees operations at Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, leading over 100 Cast Members daily and fostering a strong teamwork culture. Additional experience includes supporting operation integrations as an Operations Integration Intern at Disney Cruise Line, managing large-scale events as a Competition Coordinator, and training as a Deep Water Lifeguard at Disney's waterparks. Amanda began the journey with The Walt Disney Company through the Disney College Program from February 2017 to August 2018. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
