Pauline Menu

Pauline Menu has extensive experience in digital learning and project management within various organizations. Currently, as Chargée de développement des compétences digital learning at Picard Surgelés, Pauline oversees the management of a digital learning platform, creates e-learning modules, and manages company intranet communications. Previously, at Conseil supérieur de l'ordre des experts-comptables, Pauline updated the training catalog and managed digital training projects. In the role of Chargée de projet formation digitale at MBDA, Pauline implemented an e-learning platform and analyzed legal frameworks for remote training. Additionally, experiences at MBDA included harmonizing travel policies and developing security procedures for employees on assignments. Pauline holds two Master's degrees in Social Relations, Negotiations, and Globalization from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
