Scholasticah Otiso

Scholasticah Otiso has extensive experience in culinary management, currently serving as the Culinary Manager at Olive Garden since October 2015, where responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, ensuring adherence to recipes, introducing new recipes, managing food orders, and providing excellent service to both guests and team members. Additionally, Scholasticah has been a Manager at Piccadilly Restaurants since 2014, and previously held a position at Convergys from 2008 to 2011 focused on commitment. Scholasticah is also pursuing education at Kilgore College, with studies ongoing since 2007.
