Ching-wen Shih

Ching-wen Shih has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Room Attendant for Xanterra Travel Collection. In 2018, they worked as a Server Assistant for the same company. In 2019, they worked as an Operations Intern for PicCollage and a Business Development Intern for Klook. In 2020, they worked as an International Business Specialist for Ain Tec Industrial Co., Ltd. In 2021, they worked as a People Experience Specialist for Arc.dev, where they were responsible for developing and redefining people-related policies, optimizing onboarding experience, initiating remote-friendly team headshot studio, conducting 1-month check-ins with new team members, and leading office moving projects. In 2022, they are currently working as a Company Operations Specialist for PicCollage.

Ching-wen Shih graduated from National Chengchi University in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. In September 2022, they obtained a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera.
