Tzu-Hsin (Kelsy) Chou

Tzu-Hsin (Kelsy) Chou has a wealth of experience in the field of user experience research, customer success management, education progress consulting, program assistance, health and education project coordination, assistant program coordination, youth counseling, peer academic advising, and leadership fellowships. In 2022, they will be working as a User Experience Research Ops and a User Experience Research Operation Intern at PicCollage, and as a Product Designer at Unconvo. In 2021, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Crimson Education. In 2020, they worked as an Education Progress Consultant at LEEP School. In 2019, they worked as a Program Assistant at Dancing with the Elephant and as a Health and Education Project Coordinator at Orange County Herald Center. In 2018, they worked as an Assistant Program Coordinator and a Youth Counselor at Orange County Herald Center, as a Peer Academic Advisor at University of California, Irvine - School of Social Ecology, and as a Leadership Fellow at The Global Language Network. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Education Intern at Epitome Academy.

Tzu-Hsin (Kelsy) Chou attended UC Irvine from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Behavior and Education Sciences. In 2021, they enrolled in a UI & UX Design Bootcamp at Memorisely and is expected to complete the program in 2022. In September 2020, they obtained a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation and is also an Ask Like a Pro Observer at Curiosity Tank.
