Abdul Wahaab Jacobs

Abdul Wahaab Jacobs has a diverse work experience. Abdul Wahaab started their career at the University of the Western Cape as an Instructional Designer, where they were responsible for E-learning marketing, training both lecturers and students on the KNG Learning Management System, and liaising with system developers. Abdul Wahaab then joined Zimele Technologies as a Consultant and Consultant Manager. Most recently, Abdul has been working at Pick n Pay, where they have held various positions including SAP BusinessObjects Data Services and Information Steward Lead, BusinessObjects Data Services Solutions, Data Architecture and Solutions, Data Team Lead, Data Analyst, SAP Support Consultant, and Data Migrator.

Abdul Wahaab Jacobs completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems at the University of the Western Cape from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Theology in Islam at ICOSA from 1998 to 2001, specializing in Jurisprudence, Arabic, Hadith, and Tafsir. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a SAP Certified Application Associate in Data Integration with Data Services 4.x from SAP.
