Kershni Johaadien

Kershni Johaadien has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kershni currently holds the position of Head of Financial and Value Added Services at Pick n Pay, which they began in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mastercard as a Business Development Manager from May 2020 to June 2022. Kershni also served as a Treasury/Bank Matching Manager at TFG (The Foschini Group) from September 2010 to May 2020. Their previous roles include Financial Manager at BS3 Technologies from August 2005 to September 2010, Cape Town Accountant at Gearhouse Group - South Africa from January 2005 to July 2005, Accountant - contract at Tourvest Jewellery Division from October 2004 to December 2004, Accountant - Top Billing at Tswelopele Productions from November 2003 to July 2004, and Accountant at The Publishing Partnership from September 2001 to October 2003.

Kershni Johaadien completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice with a focus on Strategic and Innovative Leadership, including Social Innovation, from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business Management certified with CIBM (Chartered Inst. of Business Mgt) from Varsity College in 2003. Kershni also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town, which they completed between 1995 and 1998, with a field of study in Information Systems and Accounting.
