Sonja van Rooyen

Sonja van Rooyen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sonja worked as a Continuous Improvement and Governance Compliance Lead at Pick n Pay, where they were responsible for conducting process analysis and ensuring process efficiency. Sonja also worked as a Logistics Process Analyst at the same company. Prior to that, they were a Business Analyst and an ARIS Process Manager at triVector (Pty) Ltd. Sonja also served as an Administration Regional Manager at iFind Schools and held positions as a Learning & Development Specialist and a Training Development Officer at Sasol, where they focused on designing learning and development plans and facilitating leadership development programs.

Sonja van Rooyen's education history includes a National Certificate in Supply Chain Management from KVR Training and Business Solutions in 2017. In 2009, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Vaal University of Technology.
