The Management team at Pick N Pay oversees various strategic and operational functions critical to the company's business. This includes ensuring regulatory and packaging compliance, handling tax matters, optimizing store operations, managing procurement processes, overseeing business systems, ensuring food safety, and driving ecommerce merchandising. Additionally, the team is responsible for client success, regional security, property development, and overall service delivery across the company's owned and franchised stores in South Africa and the rest of the African continent.
