Cooper Cannon has over four decades of experience in the surveying and engineering fields. Currently serving as a Project Surveyor at Pickering Firm, Inc. since October 2003, Cooper has previously held ownership of COOPER CANNON LAND SURVEYING CO. from January 1987 to January 2000, and was a partner at D.D. CANNON ENGINEERING from June 1979 to January 1987. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation and Soils & Materials from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in 1979, and graduated from Christian Brothers High School in Memphis in 1974.

Today, our full-service engineering and architectural services firm is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee with offices located throughout Mississippi (Hernando, Flowood, Pearl and Biloxi) and Arkansas (Jonesboro and Little Rock). Pickering is large enough to provide in-depth, in-house services to our clients, yet small enough to accommodate them with very personalized attention.
