James Hale has a diverse work experience in both engineering and human resources. James began their career in 1992 as a Loan Securitization Manager & Human Resource Manager at Mortgage Project Group/McGladrey & Garcia. In 2000, they joined Pickering Firm, Inc. as a Principal and Director of Finance & Administration, as well as an Associate Principal and Human Resources Manager. James has gained expertise in engineering, architecture, finance, administration, and human resources throughout their career.
James Hale attended the University of Mississippi from 1985 to 1987, where they studied Finance. James then transferred to Mississippi State University and graduated in 1989 with a BBA in Banking and Finance.
