Hiroyuki Yamada has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hiroyuki began their career in 2011 as a Community Planner at the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center. In 2014, they founded the Cuttyhunk Community Kitchen before taking on roles as a Line Cook and Sous Chef at True Bistro from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Chef de Cuisine at Dig Inn. In 2020, they became the Operations and Logistics Lead at Littleburg Vegetable Kitchen until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Chef de Technologie and Senior Chef de Technologie at Dexai Robotics. In 2022, they joined Beacon Hill Friends House as a Board Member and started working at Pickle Robot Company as a Senior Deployment Engineer. Hiroyuki later transitioned to the role of Deployment Engineering Project Manager.
Hiroyuki Yamada attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they studied City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. Following their undergraduate degree, Hiroyuki continued their education at the Harvard Extension School from 2012 to 2015. During this period, they focused on Operations Management and Supervision.
