Bryan Heng

Bryan Heng has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Bryan currently works at Pickupp as an Assistant Operations Manager, where they oversee the management of warehouse operations, dispatch points, vendors, fleet team, and merchants. Bryan'sresponsibilities include establishing partnerships to scale up e-commerce operations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring smooth operations to meet service level agreements.

Prior to their current role, Bryan worked at Amazon as an Area Manager, where they managed a team and supervised pick, sort, pack, and ship functions in outbound operations. Bryan was responsible for fulfilling customer orders on Amazon.sg.

Bryan also has experience at LF Logistics, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Supervisor, Operations, they oversaw inventory flow and managed various teams involved in B2B fulfillment operations. Bryan ensured proper storage and adherence to quality standards. Bryan Heng's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at Victoria School in Singapore. Bryan completed their studies in 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they attended Victoria Junior College. Unfortunately, the degree name and field of study for both institutions were not provided.

In 2014, Bryan Heng joined the National University of Singapore and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Bryan specialized in Finance, Management, and Organization.
