David Oles

David Oles has extensive work experience in various industries. David started their career in 1989 at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as a Business Banking Sales Manager, where they focused on business development and loan origination. David later joined Chase Manhattan Bank USA as a Mortgage Banking Relationship Manager, where they specialized in residential lending for high-net-worth clients. In 1995, they founded Virtual Film Market, Inc., a high-tech start-up in the entertainment industry. David then became the Principal of Asher Consulting Group, Ltd. in 2000, providing business advisory services in various sectors. In 2014, they became the Managing Director of Pickwick Capital Partners, LLC, offering advisory and transactional services to corporate clients. Currently, David is the Principal of Hyde Capital, an alternative investment platform focusing on real estate private debt.

David Oles has a diverse educational background spanning several decades. In 1982, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from UCLA. Following this, from 1993 to 1995, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Corporate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business. David continued their studies and obtained a Master of Arts in Theology (MAT) from Fuller Theological Seminary between 1999 and 2005, focusing on Theology.

In more recent years, David Oles enrolled in The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2023, completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Strategy and Diplomacy in 2024. Furthermore, they obtained several certifications related to finance, including the Series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 99 from FINRA in July 2014.
