Jeffrey Bowman has a extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Jeffrey started their career as an Analyst at Arthur Young and Company, where they conducted extensive analysis and developed computer models for consulting engagements. Jeffrey then moved on to Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, where they worked as an Associate in investment and corporate banking. At S&P Global, they served as a Vice President with primary responsibility for debt and short-term commercial paper ratings. Jeffrey later joined Citicorp as a Vice President, focusing on fixed income and credit research. Jeffrey then transitioned to CIBC US, where they worked as a Vice President in investment banking, specializing in commercial banks and asset management firms. After that, they joined Keefe, Bruyette & Woods as a Managing Director, leading the firm's investment banking presence in the asset management sector. Jeffrey went on to form SeaCap Partners, a provider of strategic advisory and merger and acquisition services to financial services companies. Jeffrey then served as a Managing Partner at Founders Partners LLC, providing strategic advisory services and identifying private capital partners for clients. As the Managing Partner at FP Advisory, LLC, Jeffrey provided strategic advisory, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and financial analysis services to clients. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners, leveraging consulting focus and merger and acquisition services offered through FP Advisory with the global placement and fund distribution platform offered through Pickwick Capital Partners.
