Anna Hannemann

Anna Hannemann, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the fields of data science, automation, and product management, currently serving as Domain Lead for Warehouse Systems at Picnic Technologies since September 2023. With extensive experience in leading teams and strategies in data science and analytics at METRO.digital, Anna has also played key roles in revolutionizing retail automation and improving warehouse management systems at previous positions, including at Zalando SE. Anna contributes to the community as an Advisory Board Member at MY DATA IS BETTER THAN YOURS and as a co-organizer of ProductTank Düsseldorf, while holding leadership roles in various organizations, including chairing the Digital Chapter of LEAD Network Europe. Educational credentials include a PhD from RWTH Aachen University and a recent completion of the Strategy Essentials Program at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
