Sander Mak

Sander Mak is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Picnic Technologies since September 2019, Sander focuses on leveraging innovation to enhance the grocery shopping experience through advanced technology. Prior to this role, Sander worked as a freelance Independent Sound Engineer while holding various positions at Luminis, including Fellow and Senior Software Engineer, where significant contributions to scalable software solutions were made. Sander also held positions at Info Support as a Lead Developer and Software Architect, Europol as an Integration Developer, and within the banking sector at Bank Mendes Gans as a Java Architect/Developer. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science/Software Technology from Utrecht University.
