Lisa Taylor Richards is an experienced catering professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in the industry. Currently serving as the CEO of CowgirlQ Catering since October 2019, Lisa also holds the position of Founder and CEO at Picnic People, established in January 1984, where a successful picnic industry in San Diego was created. Additionally, Lisa works as a consultant to catering professionals at Certified Catering Consultants since January 2013, specializing in family-owned businesses and providing guidance on business growth, company structure, and staff development. Lisa's career in catering began with the founding of Picnic People & Festivities Catering, from which Lisa contributed significantly to its development until October 2019. Educational credentials include studies at Arizona State University and the University of San Diego.
