Shannah Metz is an accomplished leader in people development and organizational strategy with extensive experience in the nonprofit and health technology sectors. Currently serving as VP of People at PicnicHealth since January 2019, Shannah focuses on enhancing healthcare accessibility through innovative AI solutions. Prior roles include Head of People at Teach For America, where strategic initiatives were implemented to improve staff retention and satisfaction, and founding Vice President of Programs at Global Citizen Year, where Shannah successfully developed a premier bridge year program across multiple countries.
