Bryan Bauw

Bryan Bauw has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2022, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Pico MES, Adjunct at the University of North Alabama, Strategic Advisor at Orbital Composites, Strategic Advisor at Attune Neurosciences, Inc., and an American Made Bronze Connector at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Bryan was also appointed as the Managing Director of Bauw Consulting. In 2021, they were appointed as the Head of Manufacturing and Partner at Prime Movers Lab. In 2018, they were appointed as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Technology and General Manager at Collins Aerospace. In 2016, they were appointed as the General Manager and Program Director at UTC Aerospace Systems. Finally, in 2008, they were appointed as the Operations Program Manager - M&A, Employer Skills Programme Manager, Value Stream Manager, Business Contracts Manager, and Commercial Account Manager at GKN Aerospace.

Bryan Bauw obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering, Engineering Management from the University of Michigan College of Engineering between 2005 and 2006. Bryan also obtained a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the same university between 2000 and 2004.
