Graham Ahearne has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Graham started their career as a Senior Engineer at AOL in 1998 and later worked as a Software Test Engineer & Release Coordinator at Microsoft. After that, they joined Dialogic (formerly Eicon Networks) as a Technical Product Manager.
In 2002, Graham joined Symantec, where they held various roles including Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Principal Presales Specialist, Director of Product Management for EMEA, and Director of Product Management. In these positions, they were responsible for partner engagement, customer validation, marketing launch, and field enablement. Graham also led a Product Management team, conducted customer research, and advocated for region-specific requirements.

In this role, they collaborate with clients to define and build core product features, manages the UX team, and closely follows product feature implementation with engineering teams. Pico's network traffic analytics platform is trusted by some of the world's largest global banks and exchanges.
