Martin Fletcher

Martin Fletcher has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the finance and technology industries. Martin is currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineering (APAC) at Pico since August 2022. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they worked at CME Group as a Corvil Technical Specialist, managing their Corvil fleet and delivering improvements for platform performance integrity. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Network Performance Analytics Specialist at Crédit Agricole CIB, where they implemented Corvil analytics to improve the performance of their global FI/FX broker platforms. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Standard Chartered Bank as an eFX Network Connectivity & Performance Specialist, responsible for managing eFX LP/LC connectivity and delivering a Corvil network analytics solution. Before that, from 2012 to 2017, they had roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including eFX Infrastructure & Performance Specialist and FX eCommerce Support Analyst. Martin also worked at UBS Investment Bank from 2004 to 2012, holding various roles such as FX Integration Global Team Leader and Regional Team Leader for Core Pricing & FX Integration. Additionally, they have experience at Cognotec UK Ltd, Patsystems, Telstra International, and Industrial Bank of Japan in technical and systems-related positions.

Martin Fletcher attended Turnford School but did not obtain a degree. In 2002, they obtained a Cisco CCNA certification, and in 2015, they became a Corvil Certified Performance Management Expert.
