Lauren Goldberg

As Pico’s General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer, Lauren is responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal function, providing critical support for Pico’s global operations and growth initiatives. Lauren also oversees Pico’s corporate governance, compliance and risk management activities.

Lauren has over 25 years of legal experience, including serving previously as the General Counsel of two public companies, VEREIT, Inc. and Revlon. She began her legal career at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and the boutique litigation firm of Stillman & Friedman, after which she served nine years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York and then worked in house at MacAndrews & Forbes. Lauren has extensive experience overseeing legal and compliance matters, managing the day-to-day functioning of a legal department to advance corporate strategy and working with management and boards of directors to institute appropriate corporate governance processes. Prior to her legal career, Lauren was an accountant and worked at Coopers & Lybrand.

Lauren received her undergraduate degree in economics with a major in accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Columbia Law School.
