With experience in various companies such as Pico, Corvil, Telstra, Ericsson, Colt Technology Services, and Reliance Communications, Shahwar has held multiple technical and leadership roles. From managing technical support and conducting trainings to designing network topologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams, Shahwar has a strong background in network operations and implementation. Currently serving as the Corvil Implementation Specialist and Head of APAC Service Operations at Pico, Shahwar excels in ensuring network compliance, minimizing downtime, and providing world-class support to clients.
