Terry Rossi is the co-founder and CEO of PICS ITech, Terry is highly qualified with over 30 years of IT and business experience. He has held certifications from Microsoft, CISCO, HP, VMware, and others. Before co-founding PICS Terry was Manager of Technical Support for a large ERP provider. This valuable experience gives him the expertise he needs to oversee service delivery to the customers, provide VCIO and technical consulting services and drive the business forward. Terry is a key part of helping them to continually deliver unbeatable service.

It is an association of persons who represent businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the U.S.
