Frederic Distel

Frederic Distel currently serves as the Group Head of Credit Risk and Group Head of Credit Risk Management at Pictet Group since January 2021. Prior to this role, Frederic Distel spent over a decade at J.P. Morgan, where positions included Head of Credit Risk EMEA for the Private Bank within Asset & Wealth Management and Head of Special Credits/Restructuring for EMEA-APAC in the Corporate & Investment Bank. Earlier experience at J.P. Morgan involved roles in the Americas and EMEA Leveraged Finance Origination groups. Frederic Distel’s career began at Lehman Brothers in the General Industrial M&A group. Frederic Distel holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Audencia, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
