Linus Nilsson

Linus Nilsson currently serves as the Head of Nordics at Pictet Alternative Advisors since April 2023. Prior to this role, Linus was the Chief Investment Officer and Affärschef at SBF from May 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the investor relationship team, capital raising, transaction management, and investment strategy as part of the executive leadership team. Earlier, Linus held the position of Director of Acquisitions at Niam AB, focusing on sourcing and executing real estate transactions in the Nordics. Linus also worked as Director of Fund Management at Nuveen, managing the Cityhold Office Partnership, and held previous roles at TIAA Henderson Real Estate, Valad Property Group, and Real Competence. Linus holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has also attended the National University of Singapore.
