Pete Bennett has a long and varied work experience. In 2003, they began working at O2 PLC (UK). Pete then founded London Translations in 2003, which they sold to Global Voices Limited in December 2016. In 2005, they founded Ozone Conferencing Limited, which they sold via a trade sale in January 2014. In 2012, they founded Buzz Conferencing, a free audio conferencing service. In 2016, they began working as a Marketing & Technical Consultant for Independent. Pete also founded the HuggyBoBo YouTube Channel featuring nursery rhymes and kids' songs for children. In 2017, they founded the GoSlowTV YouTube Channel, which features the world's most boring videos. Pete then began working as a YouTube Growth Consultant in 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Growth at Pictory, a company that uses AI to easily convert long-form video and text content into short branded videos for social media.

Pete Bennett attended the University of Bradford from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a 2.1 in Computer Science.
