Will M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2006, Will worked as an Editorial Runner for Heyday Films. In 2007, they took on the role of Accounts Assistant at Regency Management Services Ltd. Following this, in 2009, they became an Administrative Assistant for the Rochester Diocesan Society and Board of Finance. In 2011, they joined Wall To Wall Ltd as a Junior Researcher and also worked as a Trailers Runner at Empire Design for a brief period. Will then joined The Picture Production Company in 2011 and held various roles, including Runner, Traffic Executive, Traffic Manager, Digital Distribution Manager, and Head of Finishing and Distribution.
