Grace Lan

Grace Lan currently serves as Head of Workflow at Picture Shop, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Grace worked at Technicolor as Digital Workflow Supervisor from January 2018 to September 2021. Grace's career includes serving as VFX Assistant Editor at MARMALADE FILMS LTD and various positions at Technicolor, including Digital Intermediate Editor, where contributions were made to notable films such as "Pan," "Monkey Kingdom," and "Edge of Tomorrow." Grace also has extensive experience as DI Operations Supervisor for prestigious projects at Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema, as well as at The PostHouse Limited, where involvement in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy took place. Technical expertise was further developed at Lucasfilm as Editorial Department Technical Operations Supervisor. An early career at the Bay Area Video Coalition as Facility Manager paved the way for a strong foundation in the industry. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from Rutgers University - Newark, completed in 1990.
