Mpho Makgakga

Mpho Makgakga is an experienced professional in client success and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Client Success at Picup since August 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing staffing and performance. Prior roles at Picup include People Operations Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on recruitment, fleet management, and development of operational strategies.
