Cristina Koehn

Cristina Koehn currently serves as COO at Genova.ai since October 2023 and has been a Venture Partner, as well as Partner & Head of Nordics, at Picus Capital since 2022. Previously, Cristina held various roles at Kry from February 2017 to 2022, including VP Operations, General Manager for Kry Germany, Head of Business Development, and Director of New Markets. Prior to Kry, Cristina was the Managing Director at Sanubi GmbH from 2015 to 2016, overseeing finance and operations. Cristina began a career at The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant from 2010 to September 2015, specializing in healthcare strategy, corporate finance, and change management. Cristina holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, alongside a Dr. rer. oec. in Health Economics from Technische Universität Berlin.
