Emre Esirik

Emre Esirik began their work experience as an intern at Aselsan, where they developed test and analysis software using C++. Emre worked on analyzing and charting data from a targeting pod in the F-16 Fighting Falcon.

Emre then continued their career at MilSOFT Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş., starting as an intern and later becoming a Software Engineer. In this role, they focused on Full-Stack and Geographic Information System (GIS) API development. Emre worked on web, desktop, and server GIS API development, utilizing GWT and Html5 Canvas technologies for publishing Javascript API.

Emre joined Picus Security in 2019 as a Senior Software Engineer and later took on the role of Software Team Lead. Emre'smain responsibilities included full-stack development using Go and Typescript with React and Tailwind. During their time at Picus Security, they led the complete renewal of the enterprise product, focusing on improving user experience and building a frontend component library and design system.

Throughout their career, Emre demonstrated their proficiency in software development, particularly in Full-Stack and GIS API development.

From 2006 to 2011, Emre Esirik attended Hacettepe University, where they completed a degree in Computer Engineering. During their time at the university, they achieved a GPA of 3.19 in their field of study.
