In 2005, they worked at Emerson Electric as Sales & Marketing/Emerson Appliance Solutions, Sales & Marketing Programs and Planning. In 2009, they became Interim CFO at Novaisys, Startup Management & Advisory. In 2017, they were an Advisor at Lapetus Solutions Inc. In 2018, they were a Board Director at Picwell. In 2019, they were an Investment Committee Member at SixThirty. In 2021, they became a Board Observer at FutureFuel.io. Additionally, in 2022 they became a Charter Member at TiE Atlanta and a Board Observer at Phablecare.

Bharat Rajaram received their MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School between 2004 and 2006, with a focus in Strategy, Finance & Operations. Bharat also received their B.Engg from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli between 1995 and 1999, specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
