Anya Morrison Davis has extensive work experience in the legal field. Anya currently holds the position of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at PIDC since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Zarwin Baum from 2013 to 2020, where they served as an Attorney with a focus on corporate transactions and business matters. At Zarwin Baum, they represented lenders and developers in various loan transactions and acted as counsel on complex real estate acquisitions and loans. Before joining Zarwin Baum, they worked as a Law Clerk at Phelan Hallinan & Schmieg, LLP in 2012 and as a Legal Assistant at the same firm from 2008 to 2011. Anya also gained experience as an Associate and Intern at ZAConsulting, LLC from 1999 to 2004.
Anya Morrison Davis completed their Juris Doctorate degree at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Japanese Studies from Gettysburg College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Before attending college, they attended Germantown Academy. Anya Morrison Davis is also a member of the New Jersey Bar, having obtained their certification in November 2014 from the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Additionally, they are a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, having obtained their certification in November 2014 from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
