Rajat Kapoor

Rajat Kapoor is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital strategy and transformation, currently serving as Senior Manager for New Digital Initiatives at Pidilite Industries Limited since May 2024. Previously, Rajat held the position of Deputy General Manager for Digital Strategy and Transformation at Godrej Agrovet Limited, focusing on digital strategy blueprinting and implementation. Rajat also worked at Microsoft as an Advisor for Customer Transformation and Value Engineering, and at Deloitte Digital India in various roles including Senior Consultant and Consultant for Digital Transformation. Rajat’s career began at KPMG India and included engineering experience at KSK Energy Ventures Ltd., where significant operational efficiencies were achieved. Rajat holds a PGDM from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Power System from UPES.
