Chelsea Sprayregen is an independent consultant with expertise in the Early Care & Education field. Chelsea offers consulting services to clients, including policymakers, shared services alliances, and tech startups, to improve the early childhood system. Previously, Chelsea was the CEO and Co-Founder of Pie for Providers, a technology-driven platform that helps child care providers enhance their businesses. Chelsea also served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Promise Venture Studio, supporting entrepreneurs focused on early childhood development. Chelsea has experience as a Summer Associate at Civic Consulting Alliance, where they managed a project for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County, and as the Director of Public Policy at BeneStream, a startup that assists low-income families in accessing public benefits. Chelsea began their career as a Field Organizer for Organizing for America Ohio, working on voter contact events for President Obama's reelection campaign. Chelsea also served as the Vermont Coordinator for J Street and worked as an Assistant to the Principal at The Catherine Cook School.
Chelsea Sprayregen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University's College of Social Studies in the period from 2006 to 2010. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued Political Science studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Eventually, they enrolled in The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2016 to 2017, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
