Amy Genisot, CISR, currently serves as Manager of Claims - Shared Services at Pie Insurance, a position held since June 2023. In this role, Amy has successfully partnered with Quality/Compliance and L&D to establish Best Practices for Shared Services and FNOL teams, leading to a consistent customer experience and the creation of an effective QA program. Previously, Amy built the foundation for successful WC and Commercial Auto FNOL intake as Team Lead - Claims Customer Advocate at Pie Insurance. With a robust background in insurance, Amy's career includes significant roles at Church Mutual Insurance Company and Liberty Mutual Insurance, where responsibilities ranged from managing customer service operations to enhancing claims processing and team performance. Amy holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources - Business Administration from Mid-State Technical College.
