James McKeown

James McKeown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in underwriting operations, customer service, and strategic management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Underwriting Operations and Customer Service at Pie Insurance since September 2025, McKeown previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience & Mobility at Selective Insurance from June 2016 to September 2025. Additionally, McKeown is a member of the Seton Hall University Advisory Board since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director at United HealthGroup from December 2004 to June 2016 and Assistant Vice President at AIG from 2000 to 2004.
