Stephanie Prevost, CPA, CCP, is an accomplished total rewards and compensation professional with extensive experience in designing and managing compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Currently serving as Senior Total Rewards Manager at Pie Insurance, Stephanie is responsible for developing competitive salary structures, managing employee benefit offerings, and administering stock programs. Previous roles include Senior Compensation Manager at Vendr and Sr. Manager of Compensation and HRIS at Talbots, where Stephanie contributed to building people and finance functions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee satisfaction. Stephanie began their career at EnerNOC and held various positions at Cognex Corporation and Ernst & Young, focusing on financial reporting and auditing. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and has international experience from the University of Freiburg.
