Christopher Wells

Christopher Wells is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Piecemeal, an innovative digital operations platform for hotels, restaurants, and food service operators. Since July 2018, Piecemeal has leveraged artificial intelligence to automate management tasks, enhancing efficiency across various systems. Previous roles include participation in the MT Lab 2019-2020 cohort, where Piecemeal was selected as one of 14 startups from 128 applications, and involvement in the Next AI 2019 Montreal Cohort aimed at promoting AI-driven innovation in hospitality. Christopher also founded Restaurant Building Blocks, an online restaurant management video streaming platform, and operated Wells Hospitality Consultant, delivering consulting, training, and keynote speaking services to the restaurant sector from 2010 until early 2019.
