Jorge Gonzalez

Jorge Gonzalez, MAcc, currently serves as the Statutory Accounting & Reporting Lead (Manager) at Piedmont Community Health Plan since 2021. Previously, Jorge held various roles at National General Insurance from 2017 to 2021, including Accounting Manager for Investments and Accounting Supervisor for Statutory Reporting. From 2015 to 2017, Jorge was the Manager of Corporate Accounting at Hanesbrands Inc. and spent 14 years at Assurant in positions such as Accounting Supervisor for Statutory Reporting & Shared Services and Lead Accountant for Statutory Reporting. Jorge earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from Stetson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
