Mindy Dodge

Mindy Dodge currently serves as the Senior Director of Aquatics at Piedmont Family YMCA, a position held since June 2019. Throughout the tenure at Piedmont Family YMCA, Mindy has also fulfilled roles such as Interim Branch Executive Director and Senior Director of Aquatics and Sports. Previous experience includes working as Office Manager at UVA Alumni Association and Program Manager II for the City of Charlottesville, where responsibilities encompassed program management for camps and special events. Mindy also served as Event Manager for the Fitter and Faster Swim Tour, Head Swim Team Coach at West Jordan High School, and Recreation Program Coordinator for various recreation centers in Salt Lake County, focusing on aquatics and sports management. Mindy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education and Promotion from the University of Utah and holds a High School Diploma of Merit in Physical Education and Service Citizenship from Cottonwood High School.
